Disposition versions
68. For the purposes of the first paragraph of section 72 of the Act and this Chapter, technical evaluation studies consist in a compilation and synthesis on geological and exploration work on the lands that are subject to mining rights performed in order to assess the mineral potential.
For the purposes of the same provisions, property examination consists in the exploration and examination of outcrops of rock and boulders carried out on land that is subject to a mining right in order to find indicators of mineralization that may lead to the discovery of a mining field.
68.
